The Hotel Hesperia is the right choice for visitors who are searching for a combination of charm, peace and quiet, and a convenient position from which to explore Venice.
It is a small, comfortable hotel, situated on the Canale di Cannaregio. The Deria family and their staff offer an attentive, personalized service and are always available to offer any help to guests.
The 16 rooms at the Hotel Hesperia are furnished with care in a modern style, but still maintain a typical Venetian look with their original tiled floors, lamps made from Murano glass, and soft furnishings. The rooms are also decorated with paintings by contemporary Venetian artists such as Schifano, Memo, Guidi and many others.
All the rooms have a private bathroom and are equipped with all modern conveniences such as telephone with direct outside line, satellite TV, air-conditioning with individual control, central heating, mini-bar, safe, hair-dryer and Wi-Fi internet connection.
Some rooms have a lovely view onto the Canale di Cannaregio.
The hotel is arranged on three floors, without a lift. On the ground floor, apart from the reception, there is a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea, or just read. There is also a splendid terrace, where, you can relax and immerge yourself from morning onwards in the atmosphere of Venetian daily life, watching the city travelling about by water and people gathering together and filling the alleyways and little squares with their chatter.
The Hesperia Hotel is near the Ghetto and the elegant Palazzo Labia. The traditional markets of Strada Nuova area also nearby.
Rialto Bridge is a 15-minute walk away and offers good water bus links. Staff are available 24 hours a day and provide useful tourist information.
